20 Commercial Complex Project Details

The construction of this project began in mid-2012 and was completed by February 2015. 20 Commercial Complex is built on a 3,700 square meters lot which resulted in 13,000 square meters of built space. The 20 Complex building consists of six floors with a total of 19 retail & exhibition units, 73 prime office units, and 14 VIP units. The build materials have been chosen from the best possible sources to ensure buildings longevity and safety. The design & architecture is classical with elements from ancient Iran. The building has state of art network infrastructure from CISCO with both wireless & ethernet connections throughout the building. For security of building BrickCOM CCTV cameras have been setup throughout the building. For lighting newest technology has been used from Cree brand providing ample natural color light in all places.
